To hyyper the install rolling I've created an Essentials host disc as per this article. I've installed it on parallels to test and all seems ok. The preferred way would be to install the free Hyper-V Server product as your Hypervisor and then install Essentials as a guest VM but it works and is a supported configuration either way.
